It looks like there may be trouble at UseMyWallet which is also known as QuickTender. Players have been reporting that cashouts requested earlier in May were not getting processed at their usual speed. Players that have contacted UseMyWallet have gotten canned responses such as the following:
Thank you for contacting the QuickTender Help Desk.
Please be advised that there was an issue with your recent withdrawal request, which has not been processed by the US banking partner. We are investigation this issue at the moment.
This situation is beyond our control as it relates to the onward transmission of funds transmitted by our European banking partner.
Please be advised that we will do everything we can to resolve this situation.
Please feel free to contact us should you require any further assistance.
The main Merge Gaming cashier has removed UseMyWallet as a deposit option. This includes the cashier for Carbon Poker and RPM Poker. While these online poker rooms are still U.S. friendly they do not currently have a U.S. friendly ewallet deposit option unless a player already had a Click2Pay account which they would have had to set up prior to passage of the UIGEA in 2006.
If you have money in your UseMyWallet account you may want to find a safe home for it with an online poker room. At the time of this post Cake Poker still has UseMyWallet as a deposit option. Cake Poker is U.S. friendly and if you sign up through my rakeback site you will receive 33% rakeback and a 110% up to $600 first deposit bonus.
There is good news though. Emails are still getting answered and live chat still works. It may just be a problem with a processor that can get resolved although it is understandable that players are getting impatient after the shutdowns of EcheckUS and EwalletXpress. Black Friday is also fresh in poker player’s minds. I will continue to monitor the situation and will post when there is more news.
